However, our recent Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) members have proven a lot braveness throughout their journey in this system and throughout their experience in Job Readiness Training. National Able Network offers Job Readiness Training to all program individuals to assist them in their job search. The matters addressed in Job Readiness Training include developing your resume and cover letter, getting ready for an interview, finishing on-line job functions, and extra. In the previous, the Senior Services team has noticed that our SCSEP participants have various reactions to the training. Some members have been excited to be taught, whereas others became overwhelmed by the curriculum. With our most up-to-date group of SCSE P participants, we now have seen an amazing amount of positivity and eagerness to participate in coaching! These enthusiastic mature adults attended Job Readiness Training for the entire right reasons â€" they needed to study new abilities, network with their friends, and apply the information they have discovered in their future job search. The participants have been passionate, energetic, caring, and so they beloved sharing. Each day they shared private and skilled experiences that helped their counterparts. They completely enjoyed learning about every subject that was offered and discussed they usually challenged the Senior Services staff daily. Our individuals held themselves accountable, had been dedicated to becoming self-adequate, and displayed a great amount of power.
